Ruth did a fabulous job selling my Downtown San Diego condo. She listened to my desires, needs, and concerns and then took the bull by the horns to show my place in the market as best it could be shown. She negotiated a final transaction that satisfied my goals and it closed without issue.

Ruth was down-to-earth, professional, and helpful. She was prompt in showing a property and gathered multiple other potential properties for us to view. Ruth was very kind in understanding when we decided to postpone our search for a 2nd home for now, but Ruth will be the Realtor we contact when we’re ready.
